Victoria's Accessories is primarily an online boutique. However, if you would like personalised styling advice or have questions about a particular piece, we would be delighted to help. Feel free to get in touch, and we'll guide you in choosing the perfect accessory for your occasion.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@victorias-accessories.com and include your name, shipping address, and order number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly cancel or amend it and issue a full refund where applicable.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
A full refund will be provided if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description.
If you simply change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery in exchange for store credit.
Returned items must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that refunds and store credit apply only to purchases made directly through Victoria's Accessories.

Yes—every piece is handcrafted in my studio in Malta. Each accessory is carefully made using high-quality materials and close attention to detail, ensuring every item is as unique and special as the person wearing it.
