Clean your accessory gently using a soft, dry polishing cloth. For designs featuring pearls, avoid using jewellery cleaning solutions, as they may damage the delicate finish. Larger crystals and gemstones can be lightly buffed with a jewellery polishing cloth to restore their natural sparkle.

Please handle your accessory with care. Although each piece is crafted from high-quality materials, excessive bending, pulling, or impact may damage the intricate beadwork.

• Apply hairspray, perfume, and other beauty products before putting on your accessory. Direct contact with these products may cause discolouration or permanently damage crystals, pearls, and metal components.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, humidity, and direct sunlight.

• Store your accessory flat or in its original box to help preserve its shape.

Quality & Returns

Every Victoria's Accessories piece is individually inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and the item. We will gladly replace the item with the same design where possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged through improper handling, misuse, or exposure to chemicals such as perfume or hairspray.
